At our core we are a Chinese Medicine informational website. We are also working towards building and supporting the larger Chinese Medicine community. In addition to freely sharing a broad array of foundational and modern Chinese Medicine theories, research and applications, we aim to connect Chinese Medicine practitioners with each other along with their respective schools and state associations.

TCM Herb of the Day
- Clears damp heat, promotes urination - lin syndrome due to damp heat in the bladder.
- Expels dampness, stops itching - damp skin disorders, eczema, scabies, damp-heat in the external genitals.
TCM Formula of the Day
Cough with watery, copious sputum, breathing issues such as wheezing, asthma, shortness of breath (particularly difficulty inhaling), chest oppression. Possibly signs of kidney qi/yang deficiency such as edema, weak low back and/or legs, fatigue.
The Tongue will have a white coating that can be either greasy or slippery.
