At our core we are a Chinese Medicine informational website. We are also working towards building and supporting the larger Chinese Medicine community. In addition to freely sharing a broad array of foundational and modern Chinese Medicine theories, research and applications, we aim to connect Chinese Medicine practitioners with each other along with their respective schools and state associations.

Sides of Spine at L2 (X-HUATUO-L2)

• L2 innervates and influences the kidneys and kidney system in Chinese Medicine terms, the seminal vesicles in men and the uterine tube in women.  The kidney system involves the thyroid, the sex hormones, the bone and bone marrow, accordingly this area is important for a range of issues including fertility, overall vitality, strength of the lower body, health of the bone and a host of other issues.
• Used  extensively within the Tam Healing System and Tong Ren Therapy. May be needled and used with tuina and/or tonren therapy.

Corydalis Powder (Yan Hu Suo Zhi Tong Wan)

• Pain of all types from qi and blood stagnation - often combined with other more systemic formulas based on the individual.  Pain and inflammation from acute trauma, generalized aches and pains or more chronic issues.  The formula has an analgesic affect on pain and is mild enough to be used for chronic conditions.  
• As it disperses wind-cold, also useful for muscle aches with the common cold.
