At our core we are a Chinese Medicine informational website. We are also working towards building and supporting the larger Chinese Medicine community. In addition to freely sharing a broad array of foundational and modern Chinese Medicine theories, research and applications, we aim to connect Chinese Medicine practitioners with each other along with their respective schools and state associations.

• Releases the exterior for wind/wind-cold conditions, especially useful when accompanied with neck stiffness a/or occipital headache.
• As Luo Connecting Point, which connects to the KD, useful for chronic low back pain, especially with weak lower limbs and KD deficiency.
• "Excess above with deficiency below," weak low back w/tight stiff neck a/or low back pain with weak lower limb.

Evodia Fruit (Wu Zhu Yu)

• Warms the middle, disperses cold, relieves constraint in the liver channel and alleviates pain - headaches, nausea, cold hernia in the liver channel region.
• Redirects stomach Qi downwards - due to liver and/or stomach disharmony.
• Warms the spleen and expels damp cold, stops diarrhea.
• Leads fire downwards - mouth/tongue canker sores (externally applied to canker sores).

Remove Painful Obstruction Decoction (Juan Bi Wan)

• Wind-cold-damp bi syndromes in qi deficient patients - joint pain possibly with heaviness of the limbs that generally improves with movement.  Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, gouty arthritis.  With wind-cold-damp patterns other inflammatory conditions such as fibromyalgia.
• Atrophy from qi and blood stagnation - stroke recovery.
